Please join your fellow Sagehens celebrating 4/7 Day! Gather with new Sagehen friends on Governors Island and serve together to help restore the oyster population in the New York Harbor. Learn more about the Billion Oyster Project.

 

Available volunteer slots are limited to 25 people, so sign up promptly! Families and guests are welcome to attend, but volunteers must be 16 years or older. Dress in clothes you don't mind getting dirty, wet, or scratched. Bring a reusable water bottle. Work gloves optional.

 

We will be boarding the 9:30 a.m. ferry, so please aim to arrive by 9:15 a.m. Ferry tickets will be provided by Billion Oyster Project.
